A storm of controversy has erupted following the conclusion of Big Brother Naija Season 10 as prominent Delta State politician and social commentator, Ossai Ovie Success, accused the show’s organizers of rigging the results against popular housemate, Dede. In a viral post on X (formerly Twitter), Ossai expressed deep disappointment over the outcome, alleging regional bias and foul play.


According to Ossai, Dede was unfairly denied victory due to the fact that another Delta State native, Kellyrae, had won the previous season. He claimed the organizers intentionally avoided a repeat win from the same state, regardless of merit or audience support.


“She deserves to win the Big Brother Naija show this season, not be given second position,” he wrote. “She is supposed to be the winner — not because she’s a Delta girl — but because she made everyone who watched the show proud.”


Ossai did not stop at mere criticism. He went on to announce that he would be taking legal action on behalf of Dede, stating his intention to sue the Big Brother Naija organizers over what he described as “r*gged” voting.

 As the dust settles on BBNaija Season 10, the debate rages on — was Dede truly robbed, or was the outcome simply a result of audience preference? For now, fans and critics alike await a response from the show’s organizers, hoping for clarity and accountability.


Regardless of the final vote tally, Dede’s impact on this season is undeniable, with many hailing her as the people’s champion — winner or not.

Meanwhile, Ossai, in an attempt to lighten the mood, mentioned he would be consoling himself at the upcoming Bole Feast in Asaba on October 26. The event, which will feature Delta chef Nnagbogu Ifeyinwa Reetaz cooking the longest Bole, is expected to attract attention as he plans to host Dede there as well.
